3月27日晚间，“中国床垫第一股”喜临门的一纸公告，在资本市场投下了一枚深水炸弹。公告显示，公司控股子公司喜途科技有限公司的银行账户资金被非法划转，累计金额达1亿元。经初步核查，系相关人员利用职务之便非法挪用资金。公司已于3月26日向公安机关报案，并对可能涉及的相关银行账户实施保护性冻结，金额超9亿元。涉案及冻结合计超10亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的26.54%、货币资金的42.69%。
